We are opening one in this video recipe. ❤️ If you like the recipe and want to say thanks, you can buy us a coffee - ✅ Ingredients: • potato – 2 lb | 900 g • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp • butter – 1 oz | 30 g • dried garlic – 1 tsp • ground black pepper – ½ tsp • salt – 1,5 tsp • sweet paprika – 1 tsp ✅ You will need: • microwave oven • pan • carving board 📙 Preparation: 1. Peel the potatoes and cut into two parts. 2. Lay out on a plate, cover with a lid and put into the microwave oven for 4 minutes at 800W. 3. Cool the potato and cut into wedges. 4. Heat the pan and add the vegetable oil and butter. 5. Lay the potato in the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes over medium heat until golden brown, then stir it and keep frying for another 1-2 minutes, no need to stir it often. 6. Add the garlic, pepper, salt, stir it and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. 7. Add the dried paprika and fry over low heat until readiness for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. The potato is to have a crispy crust and be soft on the in. 8. Serve the potato wedges hot. Sprinkle it with chopped green onion. #recipe
