Full title reads: “OYSTERS ARRIVE - Early catches are brought in from beds at Whitstable.“ Whitstable, Kent. Fishing boat with several beauties onboard waving to camera - very pretty girls. Men throw their nets into the water. Men, helped by the girls, pull the nets onboard the boat. Small net is filled with oysters. Girls sitting around the pile of oysters - probably sorting them. Girls' legs are on display. A man gives an oyster to a woman who picks something from it - it seems to be a pearl - or a little stone. She puts it on palm of her hand and inspects it.
