My 2nd version of the Open-Reflow PCB Hot-Plate Get a free trial of Altium Designer - PCB Manufacturer - Help me make more projects by supporting me on Patreon - This project is an attempt at making a PCB Hot-Plate that reflows other PCBs! It's works just like a 3d-printer's heat bed and the aim is to reflow low-temperature solder paste. For testing I am using the TS391LT50 which has a maximum reflow temperature of 165°C. My aim is to develop a temperature controlled hot-plate and also explore the idea of self-reflowing PCBs!
