Uletay: A Prayer for Peace A bird soared high above, flying beyond borders and boundaries. Below, the Earth—our Mother—was scarred by war, her rivers stained with the tears of men. The bird began to sing, its song rising with the winds, calling for peace. “Mother Earth, we are your children. Forgive us for the harm we’ve caused. May our hands build, not destroy.
