Hommage Sax Prelude 8 (sax quintet) - in memory of Arnot Coufal

This is the final eighth composition of a series of 8 works in hommage to “Sax Preludes“, originally written by Czechoslovak composer Arnošt Coufal (1937-2019). This particular piece is inspired by his sax quintet called Sax Prelude no. 8. My tune is written for 2 altos, 2 tenors, a baritone saxophone. I hope you will be able to recognize some reminiscence of the original Coufal work in my piece.
