The Muon Project is an installation that detects muons from space and visualise it in a 30 meter dome. Using several detectors allow us to calculate the direction particles are coming from. The detection system is designed to control different types of programs to visualise these directions in real time. This version used Isadora to control Blender and Proces for the visuals and Plogue Bidule for the surround sound. During the show we controlled also the lights and tubes with the system. Dj’s performed as well and could be heard over wireless headsets. The whole installation had a capacity of 1000 people and was funded by the Radboud University and a 1 time price for best concept. 68 - Tokyo Disko !
