I started wing foiling this year and have fallen in love with this sport. I've wanted a smaller board to wake foil and also try pumping off a dock so I decided to build my own board. I had zero knowledge in fiberglassing, shaping, epoxy, or really anything to do with building boards but after some deep dives in how to videos and FB forumns I decided to try and tackle the challenge. There was a lot of conflicting information out there on how you “should“ build it. As seen at the end of the video, this board works amazingly well so far. I'm really happy with how it turned out and will definitely make another one down the road. The most challenging part of the build is not having a great place to build it. It obiously makes a mess with all the foam bits, fiberglass dust, and epoxy but I made the most of what I had and it seemed to come together nicely.
