Escaped Rare Owl Seen Peeping Through Womans Window

A New York City woman saw an escaped owl, named Flaco, outside of her window. Birdwatchers have been trying to keep up with Flaco's escapades since he escaped from the Central Park Zoo last February. For the last ten months, he's been popping up all around Manhattan. Playwright Nan Knighton caught a glance at Flaco outside her 13th-floor window.
