The missile units of Russia’s Southern and Central military districts have practiced equipping launch vehicles with special ammunition in the third stage of non-strategic nuclear drills, the Defense Ministry said. Besides, Russian Aerospace Forces units conducted air patrols in the designated areas. According to the ministry, “the current stage of the exercise is aimed at maintaining the combat readiness of troops and equipment from Russia’s tactical nuclear weapons units.” Source: TASS Russian news agency
