(AP) Former President Jimmy Carter will attend the national tribute service for his wife and former first lady Tuesday in Atlanta, The Carter Center said. Mrs. Carter, the lifelong partner and confidant of 39th President Jimmy Carter, died on Nov. 19 at 96 years old. They were married for 77 years. The former president will be among a high-profile list of guests for Tuesday's tribute service for Rosalynn Carter at Glenn Memorial Church at Emory University.
