New York: Reported accidental shooting at the Ogdensburg Police Department. An apparent accidental shooting at the Ogdensburg Police Department has left one officer hospitalized and seven others on administrative leave. He says the officer was shot by another officer during a shift change at the department Thursday night and that the injury is not life-threatening. Police Chief Mark Kearns said the shooting appeared to have been an accident and called in the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office to investigate.
