Syria: Militants and their families surrender to SDF near Baghouz

Footage filmed on Tuesday allegedly shows what Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) described as Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) militants and their family members surrendering near the last IS stronghold in Syria, Baghouz.
