Design presentation of my latest project, a QuadCopter. This video is a sneak peak of the project where I present the Sensor electronics (IMU) and some working code together with the 3DS Max design drawings of the copter. Finally I also present a prototype of the QuadCopter frame made in Plywood and MDF. Together with that I have also build a Test Rig to test and calibrate the PID values. You can read much more about the project and download the design drawings, codes etc. on our Blog. Here is a list of the materials/electronics I have been using. - 4x Turnigy 2217-16T (1050kv) Brushless motors - 4x Turnigy Plush 30A ESCs - EPP1045 propellers - STM32F4DISCOVERY board - Cortex-M4 microprocessor with FPU - Sparkfun 9DOF Stick (for the IMU) - 5000mAh 25C ZIPPY Flightmax battery, 3S1P - 16AWG Wire
