SHAO LIN PAO CHUI Cannon Fist (Third Form)

The Shaolin Cannon Fist is passed down in three forms. The first two Taolu are often shown together, while the third is less common. To fill this gap I recorded this video, it is a precious repertoire. The way of performing and the details are those of Master 梁以全 Liang Yiquan, as he and his students taught us in the eighties at the Shaolin temple.
