After viewing Carl Bromley’s video today about the stench of chlorine coming from the Avon River in Christchurch I decided to do a bit of digging on this Chlorine stench problem myself. Christchurch Council have reported they have high quality drinking water Christchurch Council have applied for several exemptions to stop chlorine being put into their water supply, but the tennis match goes on, so to speak.
