Host Michael Ard leads a curated panel discussion on the role of Intelligence Analysis in Cyber Security. Rhea Siers is a lecturer in the Government Studies program and combines her operational, legal and policy experience from thirty years in the US Intelligence Community to bring a multifaceted approach to cybersecurity and national security issues. She served as NSA’s senior representative to the FBI, as well as NSA’s Deputy Associate Director for Policy, led operational and intelligence production as a senior manager, and served in NSA’s Office of General Counsel. Hector Santiago is a lecturer with the JHU Carey School of Business. Currently Santiago works for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a Cyber Security Specialist, leaving his previous post at the Department of Homeland Security Intelligence and Analysis (DHS I&A) Cyber Mission Center (CYMC) as the lead for Data Analytics Programs.
