From he Northen Ballet, Great Britain: Lucía Solari and Javier Torres, will interpret ’In Time’ (A su tiempo). The artist of the Norway Ballet Daniel Proietto will asume ’Replica’ and the first dancers of the National Ballet of Uruguay, Maria Ricetto and Gustavo Carvalho will revive the love duet of Romeo and Juliet. The Venezuelan ballerina Mary Carmen Catoya of the Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida will assume the debut of “The Dance begins with your Steps“, work created especially to render tribute to the prima ballerina assoluta of Cuba, Alicia Alonso. The Cubans Grettel Morejon and Rafael Quenedit will dance the adagio of the Grand Pas Classique; Sadaise Arencibia and Raul Abreu, the pas de deux of Sleeping Beauty; and Viengsay Valdes will interpret a new work of Spanish choreographer Maria Rovira with the suggestive title of ’Wings’. To close, Anette Delgado and Dani Hernández, will premiere Winter, a duet of Cuban choreographer Eli Eegina Hernandez.
