Balance Tango exercise that Roxana Belmonte wonderful Tango instructor taught me at a tango class in Sudbury years ago. I was on a cane with no balance - each day I get better. 8 months I was crippled from toxins, mold in our water triggered Parkinsonism & just got to my feet Feb 3rd skied 1/2 k first time. Every day I’m improving. This is my 3rd day and the balance tango exercise improvement is already miraculous. #okradiet4all
