Frostclaw mana cost ideally should be in range 23-26. If you are still in range but still have mana issues with all bottom left nodes taken in frostclaw tree (for example because you want to use static shell over Unstable Core), then drop Ever Onward passive on frostclaw. But make sure mana cost is still at least 15, so that Brand of Deception is active all the time. This is endgame build. For leveling just use regular no Enigma Frostclaw, with sceptre, -mana cost affix, no novas, all bottom left nodes taken as well as Glamdring. Should get you to ~800 corruption easy. Some mapping.
