Meanwhile, left-wing, former President Lula Da Silva seems to be making a comeback. Could he be looking at a third term in power? One man who may shed some light on what the future might hold is former President Fernando Henrique Cardoso. At 90, he has experienced much of Brazil’s modern history and has lived through its ups and downs. Cardoso talks to Al Jazeera.
