In Nunnington, Yorkshire there is a small cafe directly at the railways. See trains go by as you enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. M/S Malcom Tradewell weighing his wife, Betty, on an old luggage weighing machine in a converted railway station cafe. M/S James Hickey, proprietor, serving tea through a hatch. C/U of tea being poured. Betty and Malcom take tea and scones from the hatch. Exterior. M/S Malcom and Betty walking around the cafe to take seats on the platform. C/U lantern. As a train goes past, various people eating at tables on the platform wave. L/S of Fred Turner, wife Betty and children, Andrew and Elizabeth arriving on a rail quad bicycle designed by Birmingham manufacturer, Dick Pashley. Panning shot from cycle as it slowly passes the station. C/U of cycle wheels on railway and Fred's feet peddling. Could this be a future use for disused railways as the car takes over?
