Microsoft announced plans to transfer the research and technology behind Code Jumper, a physical programming language that is designed to be inclusive of children who are blind or low vision, to the American Printing House for the Blind. Code Jumper is based on a Microsoft research effort called Project Torino, and it’s meant to give kids ages 7 to 11 an introduction to coding.
