No Frills is the sixth studio album by Bette Midler, in 1983. No Frills was Midler's first studio album in four years, following the movies The Rose, Divine Madness! and Jinxed!. The rock and new wave influenced album was far more in line with her work on The Rose and was supported by Midler's tour, aptly named Detour, that traveled the states through 1983-1984. This Promo includes both studio recordings and live footage from the tour. Detour was Midler's most physical tour yet. She collapsed due to exhaustion causing major changes to the production. The footage shown here is from the original run before it was changed.
