They are shovelling - in fact this looks useless and silly; because there are 2 big piles or ridges of sand; and women at each one shovel sand and fling it toward the other one - almost like a fight. Weird. Unless they’re just trying to spread it out. CU woman standing by smoking heap of coals; pan to another woman - they also are using shovels. Next; 3 workers position a big bag under a chute.
