There won't be an Asian NATO, says ex-Chinese military officer

Zhou Bo, a senior fellow at Tsinghua University's Center for International Security and Strategy and a retired officer of the People's Liberation Army, says that's because Article 5, which is core to NATO, would be difficult to apply to the region.
