Mind Sense is a power that allows detecting minds of characters that may not be visible, and some approximate emotional states. Both the immediate and continuous form are used. Note that the colours do not represent specific decisions or gameplay events, they are approximate combined emotional states that can affect different things for different characters in different situations. As always you must learn how to use these things rather than expect something explicitly useful.
