Maybe in opposition to the 70s punk movement, the ifK was the conviction that the quality level of artistic work is crucial for the effectiveness of spreading political content. The sampler is quite cheap and you’ll find even two booklets with infos about the ifK and many nice illustrations. And of course that gloomy track at the end that confirms that obscure „quality improvement theory“.
