UPDATE: If, even if it says “connected“ while playing, you cannot hear your teammates, the 1st thing you should try is just simply going to your voip setting in the game settings, clicking disconnect and clicking connect again. The problem seems to be common among different players, some players can't connect at all, other players connect to VOIP and then they get disconnected. Others are connected but they can't hear their teammates or they can't be heard by their teammates. The devs said that they are working on solving these problems and that they are actually aware of these problems with VIVOX VOIP system and some players and that it is a priority to them.
