Sinus lifting with simple GBR -modified crestal approach-

Surgical approach 1. A crestal approach was done with a modified osteotome technique. It can be achieved with advantages of Osteotome and final osteotomy drill which was more efficient than single instrument usage. 2. Buccal defect was augmented by simple GBR technique using OSTEON™ ll Collagen grafting material.
