Ukrainian war news: 19 July Kirovohrad Russian forces have again launched massive drone and cruise missile attacks on facilities in Ukraine. North-east of Kirovograd the Kanatovo air base was hit. Mykolaiv In the Mykolaiv region, the coastal town of Koblevo was attacked. A precision strike was carried out on the location of Ukrainian formations in a hotel complex. Odessa Ukrainian air defences proved impotent also in Odessa. Military industries and fuel and ammunition depots in the city were hit. Crimea The AFU attacked an ammunition depot in the Kirov district of Crimea. A large fire broke out at the site of the detonation. Local residents were temporarily evacuated. Starobelskoye During the fierce fighting in Svatovsk, Russian troops managed to extend their control near Karmazinovka. All subsequent AFU counter-attacks were successfully repulsed. Soledar Near Bajmut, AFU attacked with armoured vehicles the Russian positions in Dubovo-Vasilevka. Despite AFU numerical superiority, the advancing units were destroyed in the battle. To the south, AFU managed to gain a foothold on the heights near Kleshcheyevka at considerable cost. Russian troops launch counter-attacks in an attempt to regain control of the lost positions. Donetsk Fighting continues in Maryinka near the Krasnogorovsky supply shaft of the Trudovskaya mine. Russian units have established control over the facility and repel AFU counter-attacks. Zaporizhzhya In Orekhivskyi, the AFU again increased pressure in the Rabotino area. Russian troops continue to hold the settlement and destroy Western-supplied armoured vehicles.
