The CIA was believed to be the culprit of the terrorist act. Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh had previously reported that the US was responsible for the explosions. But mainstream Western media quickly geared up to attack his report as a conspiracy theory. So, why is the WSJ bringing this up now?
