CS8 - Day 3- Sasha Miasnikova - The commercial

Aleksandra Miasnikova is a DP. She studied cinematography at the Belorussian State Academy of Art, then New York film Academy. She started her career in 2006 as a DP on documentary films and TV travel series. Among her achievements are: documentary “Brotherly Candle”, which has won “The best documentary” on the X International Festival “Radiant Angel” then this film got other awards. In 2014 Aleksandra entered the four young cinematographers that were selected for the Nikina Mikhalkov’s Summer Film Academy, and moved to Moscow. The short film “Once upon a Mine” was presents at the Cannes Film Festival as a part of Short Film Corner program. Movie «Wonderpill» was presented in the Hoboken International Film festival, Columbia Gorge International Film Festival, The Indie Gathering International Film Festival and Jersey City International Television & Film Festival.
