Welcome to part 3 of my series on modifying the Squier Vintage Modified Mustang. This video is a quick video to show you how to replace the the stock springs on the tremolo plate with a new set of higher tension springs from Allparts. I did this on my squier mustang as the stock springs didn't have all that much tension on them, and I thought the tremolo would benefit from a higher quality pair of springs rather than a whole new tremolo assembly, which is becoming increasingly pricey.
