The inaugural function of INSC 2023 will have Ms. Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, Member of Parliament, as the Guest of Honour, and will be held in the presence of Dr. V.G. Pradeep Kumar, President, and Dr. Arvind Sharma, Secretary, Indian Stroke Association, and Dr. V. Natarajan, Chairman, Dr. U. Meenakshisundaram, Secretary, and Dr. Deepak Arjundas, Treasurer of INSC 2023 Organising Committee, on behalf of Madras Neuro Trust. A highlight of INSC 2023 is ‘Stroke Gurukul’ where reputed senior neurologists would present their insights into important aspects of stroke and its treatment in the setting of a traditional Gurukulam. An exclusive short film BE FAST will be released by the Chief guest during the inaugural function. The film will emphasise the importance of early recognition of stroke and will help educate lay people about it.
