This is my second round entry in the 2009 M2 Playoffs. Figment of Imagination is a mix that spotlights the season of Lebron James, specifically concerning the playoffs. He put on such incredible individual performances it had to be mixed to. The story is rather simple, despite all of his success, his team still failed. I wanted to give the feeling of pressure being placed down upon him, from fans, sponsors, and the NBA in general. That there is always this Vampire alter ego lingering in Lebron, that feeds on veracity and power. And I counterbalance that side of Lebron by starting and ending with quotes of his own self reflection. In the end, it is what it is, and Lebron is sitting home in June.
