Titles read: “GIGI SETS FASHION“. Kensington, London. At Barker's department store we see various shots of models wearing fashions influenced by the costumes from the musical film 'Gigi' in a special catwalk show. A young woman poses with a little girl - both wear identical plaid dresses, similar to the one worn by Leslie Caron in the film. A model called Dawn with a fantastic hairdo with big flick ups skips down the catwalk and pretends to eat a toffee apple - her dress is printed with large apple shapes on the skirt and is very bouffant. Another model wears an outfit of pedal pusher pyjamas with broiderie anglais trim. Mannequins wear two more grown-up coats - one checked, the other plain. Ladies in the audience look on. Dawn appears in another bouffant dress, with frilly pedal pushers underneath. Final outfit is a wedding dress. A man takes the hand of the model and poses with her while we pan down her lace gown. The girl walks down the catwalk. Cataloguer's note: some outfits are rat
