GTA3 | Restored Cut Pager Message and Fixed Payphone Missions

Restored previously cut dialogue messages that would have introduced the player to the optional payphone missions. Payphone missions have now been fixed: an icon for the optional mission should appear on the minimap and will be disappear once the whole optional set of missions for each character is complete (Marty Chonks, El Burro, Queen Lizy etc.) is complete. Once the optional missions are complete you won't be able to replay them and that annoying payphone will stop ringing as it should.
