I didn’t ride a skateboard, I didn’t go to classes for 10 days. I pulled a back muscle, and even before the New Year, but continued to practice and at some point retrained. The back didn’t go away at all, but the muscle needs to be strengthened by continuing to exercise, just give it a rest and be sure to warm up before skiing, at least a little.
