Martin Alvarado & Juan Miguel Expósito “VETE DE MÍ“ (words: Homero Expósito / Music: Virgilio Expósito) National Tango Academy It´s been said that to make an album is like to have a child. That exaggeration is, somehow, a bit true. “Little paper ships“ is an album that I produced with my friend Juan Miguel Exposito (extraordinary pianist and arranger and, as if that was not enough, a beautiful human being) almost two years ago in Buenos Aires. On this cd we have the honor to present the first recordings in the history of two tunes written by the great tango poet Homero Exposito, one with music by his brother Virgilio and another by Astor Piazzolla , together with other nine beautiful songs a bit more known. In the same week when I was honored to be inducted as “Tango Academic“ by the prestigious National Tango Academy of Buenos Aires I had the pleasure to present my ninth album!
