David Crosby, one of the founding members of Crosby, Still & Nash, had no love for a picture of himself painted by a fan over the weekend — and openly said so. Now, after shaming the fan art, Crosby himself is getting shamed ruthlessly. So, let’s back up a little bit and start from the beginning It happened on twitter when an obvious CSN fan at the account DJBSackett tweeted at the singer expressing well wishes and thanking Crosby for his music. Attached was a painting the fan had created of Crosby’s profile. As you can see a fair likeness in my opinion, certainly nothing to get upset about that is for certain In response, Crosby tweeted back “That is the weirdest painting of me. I have ever seen …..don’t quit your day job ……” Crosby drew negative feedback for the comment almost immediately. Fans felt his negativity was unwarranted and he should have shown more appreciation for his fan’s efforts. But instead of walking the comment back, Crosby doubled down multiple time
