No, I don’t understand how it works. There is no video yet out on that and the manual is kinda complicated. However, the plugin does have a free version and it only lacks the expander module, so I just decided to give it a little spin on this resonating drum loop and made this lofi-izer patch. Maybe I’ll make a new video once I understand this better but I do think that the compressor-controls and the pre- and post-EQ have a good feeling, especially the attack-knobs. I just don’t exactly get yet what kinda problem exactly this plugin is meant to solve. In my defense: I’m not much of a mastering engineer and I usually prefer plugins that I can exploit in some way but this is not one of these plugins. You can go really sharp on all the settings and make narrow EQ curves etc and it still sounds kinda subtle. No ringing etc. That’s exactly what was advertised on the website tho so idk what I expected lol. Lens:
