Strap Watch Oyster pattern - Car Upholstery

I have been doing some research on finding a tutorial with a practical way to duplicate it but I have had no success. Once and for all, I made up my mind in order to do it my own way. Made in France Citroen DS cars highlight a similar pattern in their seats. I also have found a similar design on furniture. It really looks pleasant how the 3Dpleats are interlaced forming a fascinating oyster pattern. I consider this particular way of approaching this pattern as my first attempt with the posibility to enhance it and make the process faster and easier. I am gladly passing on my experience to everybody who is interested in this artcraft. I hope
