Learn GarageBand in only 30 days! A frap back is like a basic frap step, but includes two additional sounds before it. You can do frap backs in place or use them to propel backwards with each step. 1. Start off by spanking with your right foot. Raise it forward and brush it back and down to hit just the toe on the ground. Finish with the right foot raised behind you. 2. Raise and drop the heel of your left leg, which you should be standing on. Keep your right foot raised off the ground. 3. Now start the frap by doing a toe dig with your right foot. 4. Next do a heel dig with your right foot. 5. Finish the frap by tapping your right toe on the ground.
