The attack on Sasha Johnson do the police in London treat black people differently from white

The MacPherson Report, published after the murder of Stephen Lawrence, suggested that the police in London were ‘institutionally racist’. This accusation is still routinely levelled at the police, twenty more than twenty years after the report appeared.
