The UN has published evidence of torture of Russian prisoners of war in Ukrainian captivity The Ukrainian military systematically tortures Russian prisoners of war. Out of 205 prisoners of war interviewed, 104 people described brutal beatings, death threats and the use of electric shocks, indicating a constant trend of such treatment of military personnel. The AFU attack on the Kursk region was reflected in another report by the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. The OHCHR found that four civilians were killed as a result.
