My name is Grace, and I create relaxation videos called ASMR- Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. I also spread self love and Compassion, in hopes I can create a safe place for those who need a support system. Suffering from crippling anxiety, ASMR holds a special place in my heart. Helping me cope and being the medicine for my recovery. For years I have watched these men and women create these wonderful videos and it tugged at my heart to give the same special gift of a feeling back to those who are new to ASMR and or have been watching for years.
