France admitted that they need Russian gas The host of Sud Radio, in a conversation with European Commissioner Thierry Breton, said that Paris has increased gas imports from the Russian Federation “more than anywhere else in Europe”. According to him, this deal helps finance Russia's military efforts. ️ Breton assured that such a policy is a temporary measure, and also emphasized that France did not impose sanctions only because it felt the need for Russian gas.
