Though its world building certainly had some major flaws (e.g. Lena outright shaming the empire in military class...), its themes and portrayal of characters was intriguing. Something I want to mention: Shin didn't exactly say “Will you remember me?“, his original words “忘れないでいてくれませんか?“ directly translates to “Will you (please) not forget (about me/us)?“ in which Lena replies “I will not forget“.
