Upscaled from 720x576 4:3 cropped to 16:9. Software used: VirtualDub2 (Filter Logoaway ) I used it to remove the titles. Topaz Video Enhance AI, for upscaling. I made two versions with different settings. Adobe Premiere Pro to add the titles, end credits and mixing the two upscaled versions and choosing the best parts.
