Дух героя всегда находится в нефритовом сне, но если острову и его жителям угрожала опасность, то люди пробуждали воина хранителя, и он приходил на помощь. Так было всегда. Но шли года, сотни лет, бедствий не происходило, сменялись поколения людей, и истории про нефритового хранителя стали забываться, пока не стало ни одного человека помнящего про духа. И тогда явился ужас, люди не справились, остров был порабощен, отравлен потусторонней скверной и искажен. Скверна расползлась повсюду и добралась даже до нефритового сна духа кота-воина. Тогда хранитель и пробудился от проникающей в сон порчи, не понимая, почему его не призвали вовремя, почему его дом разрушен. The hero's spirit is always in a jade dream, but when danger threatens the island and its inhabitants, people awaken the warrior guardian, and he comes to their aid. It has always been this way. But as years and centuries passed, no disasters occurred, generations of people changed, and the stories of the jade guardian started to be forgotten, until there was no one left who remembered the spirit. And then the horror arrived, people couldn't handle it, the island was enslaved, poisoned by otherworldly corruption and distortion. The corruption spread everywhere, even reaching the jade dream of the cat warrior spirit. That's when the guardian awakened from the corruption seeping into his dream, not understanding why he wasn't called in time, why his home was destroyed. Filled with sorrow and madness, the warrior sets out on his journey with the goal of destroying the source of the corruption.
